Trust when the path ahead asks more questions than it answers.

A POWERFUL TRUE STORY OF FAITH, RESILIENCE & NEW BEGINNINGS
BY SABRINA O. ADEYINKA
FOREWORD BY AMINAH IBRAHIM

The power of “no”
NO.
NOT YET.
SOMETHING
GREATER.
Rejection. Disappointment. Closed doors. Loss. Relationships. Career changes. Unexpected turns. In the moment, each can feel final. But a life cannot be understood from a single answer.
What if some of the greatest “no’s” of your life were redirecting you toward the person you were meant to become?
About the book
Through All the No’s is Sabrina O. Adeyinka’s deeply personal story of navigating life’s disappointments, relationships, motherhood, career challenges, faith, and the moments that required her to keep moving when the answer appeared to be no.
This is not a story of victimhood, nor a claim to a perfect life. It is a candid reflection on decisions made, lessons learned, accountability embraced, and the quiet transformation that can happen when faith meets perseverance.
Through All the No’s is available now.

A letter to the reader
If you are holding this book—or have found your way to this page—I want you to know that Through All the No’s was written from a very real place.
Life does not always happen the way we plan. There are moments when we find ourselves standing still because we do not have the answers, the support, the finances, the courage, or even the knowledge to know what to do next. I have experienced those moments too.
There were times in my life when the weight of what I was facing felt overwhelming. But I learned that being overwhelmed does not mean that you have to give up. Sometimes you need to pause. Sometimes you need to pray. Sometimes you need to be still long enough to regain your strength before you begin moving again.
I also learned that faith does not require perfection. We are human. We have flaws. We make mistakes. We learn, we grow, and sometimes we have to start over. There is no shame in beginning again.
For me, prayer and trusting Allah became more than something I turned to when I needed an answer. I learned the importance of placing Allah above everyone and everything and trusting that His plan may look very different from the one I created for myself.
I wrote this book for the person who may be struggling to stay afloat, for the young adult still discovering who they are, for those beginning again, and for those who can benefit from the wisdom of the elders who walked before us.
If life becomes difficult, pause if you need to—but don't quit. Get back up. Keep moving. Keep learning. Keep praying. Keep becoming.
I never imagined that this season of my life would include becoming an author. I had always wanted to write a book, but I didn't know when or how it would happen. That alone reminds me of something I continue to carry with me:
“We plan, and Allah plans—and Allah is the Best of Planners.”
Thank you for allowing my story to become part of your journey. My prayer is that somewhere within these pages, you find something that reminds you to keep going.
With love,
Sabrina O. Adeyinka
